Pupil Outcomes

We are proud of our children's high academic achievements over time. We are also pleased, each year, to celebrate not only our children's End of Key Stage assessment results, but also their positive attitudes to learning and their readiness for the next stage of their education.

This year's results are presented in the new format which was introduced nationally in 2016 of which Councillor Peter Edgar, Executive Member for Education at Hampshire County Council, said: “It is important to understand that this year the Department for Education introduced a brand new assessment system for children at the end of Year 6. That means that children were effectively being assessed against a curriculum they had not been taught. The outcomes this year are very unreliable and I would caution anybody about making judgements about the quality of education being provided based on this new assessment data alone."

We look forward to continuing to build on our school's long-standing successes through the high quality teaching and learning we provide.
